About the Event

In this three-day event we will  explore the topic of interculturality through the lens of promoting active European citizenship. Right now, probably more than ever in the past few decades, we are experiencing the power of intercultural dialogue in every single sphere of our lives.

Join us on 25, 25 and 27th November to explore these and other topics with keynote speakers, expert discussions, presentations of good practices, and key findings from the working groups in 9 project countries.

The expected results from the event include:

1. Presentation of results of the local research conducted by the local working groups on interculturality.

2. Participants are introduced to the transversal priority of promoting Intercultural Dialogue for active citizenship.

3. Good practices on the methodologies adopted in the previous NT for active citizenship through Intercultural Dialogue are presented and collected for the TOOLKIT.

4. Local practices on Intercultural Dialogue through volunteering, both at local and EU level. LINKS TO JOIN THE EVENT:

Exchange of practices - intercultural dialogue as a challenge and remedy for active citizenship in Europe: experience from the previous projects and other local activities (results, impacts and methodologies adopted)

15:30-17:30   Study visits: facilitating intercultural dialogue bottom up through volunteering (a cultural center, EVS, European Solidarity Corps, student exchange programmes, activism...)
