The host is Federación de Municipios de Madrid. The meeting will gather all the project partners from all 10 partner countries as well as local participants.

The aim of the event is to help the participants in sharing practices and methodologies for Debating the Future of the EU- taken into account both the local and EU level. Which are the debate methodologies which had the deeper impact in our NT projects?

The aim of this is to collect and exercise forms of engagement of citizens, including decision making at local and EU level. A critical approach to the existing tools and a constructive approach to propose and test new ones.

The 3-day International Activity will introduce the participants to the transversal projects’ priority of fostering Intercultural Dialogue through a variety of methods, including exchange of good practices, study visits, workshops, cooperative learning.

Join us on the 7th and 8th June during the two-day event Promoting Solidarity for Active Citizenship to explore the topics with keynote speakers, expert discussions, presentations of good practices, and key findings from surveys conducted by solidarity working groups in 9 countries!

The purpose of the event will be to prepare the partners for the next step - organising local working groups in 9 countries.

GOALS: 1/Official launch of the EC-NET at EU level, and communicate its aims, objectives and activities; 2/Give visibility to the project partners as well as the Europe for Citizens programme, which is co-financing EC-NET; 3/Set the guidelines for organizing the project activities
