The EC-NET Toolkit represents a collection of tested methodologies from the 15 Network of Towns projects. It aims to enhance the understanding of the programme priorities over the years (Euroscepticism, solidarity, active citizenship, intercultural dialogue), and to draw recommendations for the new decade of Networks o Towns under the successor of the Europe for Citizens programme.
